Wednesday 4th August - Scott Watson's brother gives evidence
Scott Watson's brother says he didn't discuss what sort of a night the accused had when he celebrated New Year's Eve at Furneaux Lodge in 1997.
Tom Watson is giving evidence for the prosecution in the High Court case.

He says Scott Watson came to their parents' house in Picton on January the third last year, two days after Ben Smart and Olivia Hope were last seen.

Mr Watson says he knew his brother had been at Furneaux Lodge for New Year, but they didn't discuss any of the details of the party.

Tom Watson says the accused and their sister Sandy left to sail to Nelson on the night of January the third.
